Steps to Move Forward After PCOS Diagnosis
Join a PCOS support group
These are available through various forms of social media and can be a safe place to discuss struggles that are present after a diagnosis, receive helpful tips for symptom management, and form a sense of community.
Seek medical advice to examine treatment options
Screening for metabolic syndrome, hormonal contraception prescriptions, and education on appropriate lifestyle modifications are some of the critical factors to consider after being diagnosed with PCOS. Contact a healthcare professional for further advice.
